Congratulations, due to your extraordinary achievements, you have been recognized and selected by the Native American Heritage Committee as an Honoree for the "Native American Heritage Celebration Day" which will take place between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on November 17, 2003, on the Second floor Rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol. All Honorees will be acknowledged with a citation from the Committee. This year's theme is "Breaking Barriers: Past and Present" with the focus on Oklahoma Indians who have set themselves apart through their actions and accomplishments by being the first in their particular fields.
